Great service but unfortunately the quality of the items I received were very poor in comparison to similar items at the same price point from different brands.

For this reason, I would not order again. But I do appreciate the speed of the service I received and that there was no hassle with any returns.

I cannot get past continue to payment even though all boxes are ticked there's no pop up message saying why it won't continue can anyone help pls?

I have been shopping online and in store since 2018. I am happy with the clothes quality, the user friendly portal and how easy is to return a product and get a refund. I only had good experience with them.
My only negative comment (hence the 4*) is that the costumer service replies feel like they are sent by a machine.

Unfortunately, a bad experience. Purchase a jumpsuit 2 months ago and the zip has stopped working (e.g only zips up to a certain point worn and on the hanger). I would class this as a design fault or manufacturing issue given that it can't be from use in only 2 months of having it, but apparently the customer service team don't agree. So now I spent £40 on a jumpsuit I wore about 5 times and now it's completely useless. Talk about fast fashion! Really disappointed as I thought this was a good brand until now.

Lovely dress, arrived quickly

Lovely quality clothing. I received a lot of compliments when I wore the dress. My only gripe was that I didn’t receive a confirmation order when my order was placed. However, when I contacted the company a lady kindly emailed me one straight away. Received the order quickly too.

I ordered two dresses off the online shop; having previously been a huge fan of Apricot clothing, I looked forward to the arrival of my new clothes. Delivery was ok. However I am disappointed at the quality of both dresses. With previous similar dresses I've purchased from Apricot they have been double layered but this one wasn't and the material see-through meaning I will now have to wear a slip underneath. The maxi dress initially seemed slightly better but after one wash the seem has started to split and I will have to restitch it. Honestly disappointed and reluctant to purchase any more.

Dress was obviously faulty. No ability to contact Apricot by phone. Email replies were slow. No ability to get replacement dress. Bought a new one at full price. In the end they gave me a code for 20% off and free postage on next order as I was out of pocket. May order again as I love their clothes.

Gorgeous dress, great quality

I bought two dresses in store (Cheltenham) and wished to try a different size. Although there was no other size available the manageress suggested I try a different colour in the required size. I ended up buying this dress but she also found that the original colour was available to order online which was a free service in store and the dress arrived promptly at my home address. This gave me the option of trying colours and sizes at home. I found the service extremely good without being pushy. I ended up buying one dress (the colour the manager suggested as a size comparison) and returning items to store was very easy too.

Very happy with my dress and free delivery offer. Delivery was prompt and dress was perfect.
